Manchester Airport Terminal 1 & 3

Working with BAM contractors, Strzala Architects provided architectural design services from concept design through to completion for a 2000 space, 6 level multi-storey car park at Manchester Airport, serving passengers for terminals 1 and 3. The design used a fast and effective prefabricated concrete system developed with BAM to turn the project around within a tight deadline and on budget.

As part of the project Strzala Architects made successful applications for planning and building control for the structure and also advised on the implications of the proposed structures proximity to Network Rail land and a live railway line, drawing on our expertise and experience of rail projects.
