Appointed as Architect and lead consultant, Strzala Architects successfully delivered the project for the installation of 5 new E-Gates to Terminal 3 arrivals along with associated queueing reconfigurations / signage upgrades.

This project presented a challenge working in a constantly busy, live passenger concourse which could 
not experience any ‘down time’ whatsoever due to the 
sensitive nature of working close to the UK border. As such a complex phasing strategy was produced and signed off by all stakeholders.
